Please find below general information and policies for Ivy Salon and Spa and Ivy Color Salon. These guidelines ensure optimal customer service to each of our clients. ReservationsTo ensure stylist's availability, we recommend you pre-schedule your next appointment. We will call you the day before your reservation to confirm the date and time of your appointment. ArrivalWe request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to all services to provide ample time to change if necessary, relax and receive the full benefits of your time in the salon and/or spa. Any guest arriving 15 minutes past the time of their appointment may be asked to reschedule. CancellationsPlease provide a 24-hour notice for any cancellations. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a service fee. For anyone with three (3) consecutive missed appointments, we will require valid credit card information be on file before your next appointment is booked. Client SatisfactionWe guarantee every salon service for two weeks after your original appointment. If you’re not happy for any reason, come back within two weeks for a complimentary refresher service. Return a ProductWe are happy to give store credit for any product purchases within 48 hours of the purchase and when accompanied by original receipt. |
